Moments

There is that one moment in time, where you make a connection with a special person. You may never see that person again in your lifetime, but the magic of the moment may never be lost. Our lives for that one fleeting moment intertwined.

There was one fateful encounter with a special soul in our world. Our lives connected for a mere day. There was an energy that surrounded us, I couldn't quite explain it. We laughed, joked, lied, told the truth, poured out our souls, kissed and made love to each other. Time stood still for us to reach out to each other.

Not long after, our lives diverged again. Yet, I still feel like some of that magic remains. The world is a wonderful place.

Fleeting memories

It has been almost 4 months to the day that she told me how she feels.

The pain has not subsided. I still think of her now and again, but I have found peace in the the thought that she still resides within my memories.
